I've been experiencing a lot of website difficulties with my host provider and software (due to the difficulties with the software, I had to restore my entire site with an old version as my current version is gone!!) so this spring I will be re-doing my entire site with new software that I own, as opposed to that which is provided thru my server. I've signed up for a class in web design at school, so will be using this website as a part of my homework.
Another change coming in the next few weeks is that I will temporarily not be accepting commissions/orders for items not in-stock. The reason for this is with my hectic school schedule, I found it incredibly difficult to manage my orders in a timely fashion, and I ended up with very little creative time to make new designs over the last year. Creative time is very important to me, and in order to bring you my best work, I need to allow for that time. If you see something I've done, and you would really like to custom order one, let me know, and I will contact you as soon as I am able to fill an order for you. This might be two weeks, or six months--and I will contact you prior to construction to formally take your order---if you no longer wish to order you can let me know at that time.
I also look forward to attending IFDC and IT conventions this year, as well as being in the showroom at the Barbie convention with JC Dream Designs. I will be helping John at his table, and will be offering PetraElise fashions as well. It's looking to be a very fun and exciting year for me, with several higher level sewing/design classes on my schedule, and the great doll events I will be attending. I look forward to seeing many of you there!
